Has the Google juggernaut got a roadmap?

Google has enormous talent which is backed by deep pockets. I don't believe they have a well defined roadmap, they just have bright people with a lot of cash. As things go on fine and revenues keep rising they will maintain the aura that they have. But is this sustainable? I really don't think so. Many a giants have made their match finally. Also life is a cycle and its very difficult to have the same motivation and drive all along.
